Every member of the Solution Focused Hub is dedicated to providing compassionate mental health support for individuals and groups, and delivering training, coaching and change services in education, corporate and community.

The Solution Focused Hub is community of Solution Focused Practitioner supporting each other. Clients can book sessions with an individual practitioner on Our Hub or enquire about the services we can provide on Contact Us.

Individual Sessions

Group Sessions

Schools

In our work within schools, we dedicate time to engaging with children and young people through both individual and group sessions, focusing on a solution-focused approach that fosters hope and encourages positive change. 

By highlighting their unique resources, we co-empower students to envision a brighter future and cultivate the skills necessary to overcome challenges. 

Our best hope is to co-create an environment where children feel supported and inspired to reach their full potential.

Whole School Training

The whole school solution-focused approach emphasises building on the strengths of the school, students, staff, and the community to co-create a positive and collaborative learning environment. 

By focusing on what is working and what is wanted by the whole school community, we can enable a culture of kindness, compassionate communication and improved mental health and wellbeing. Where everyone feels valued and capable.

School Assemblies

Breath Work & Workshops

Breath work serves as a powerful tool for individuals seeking mindfulness and awareness of their physiology to harness the power of self-regulation.

By focusing on the breath, clients can cultivate a deeper understanding of their emotions and physical sensations, helping them manage pain, anxiety and stress. 

This practice enables individuals to regain control over their thoughts and feelings, allowing them to live more fully in the present moment.
